As Sony reportedly scales back its plans for PC releases, the data reveals that titles launched on PlayStation 5 months or even years before their PC counterparts capture significantly lower player shares on the latter platform. This staggered release approach has resulted in a mere 13% of total players on PC for PlayStation titles in the first three months, a stark contrast to games that launch simultaneously across platforms.
